After innumerable winters (or so it seemed, anyway) in Northern Indiana, Max Simshauser made a break for it and now resides in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband and spoiled rotten fur baby, Foo. An avid Sci-Fi geek with a penchant for all things Star Wars, Max’s love of reading, media, and animation (yes, cartoons and holiday specials remain a staple in the Simshauser household) encouraged her to pursue a career in voice acting. As it turns out, with the help of her amazing coach, Max discovered this creative outlet was exactly what she was looking for.
When she’s not practicing, editing, or trying out different voices and accents, Max loves to add a new action figure to her collection, run, eat an amazing meal (hence the running), dabble in a variety of design projects, spoil Foo, travel, practice being a Jedi with her various lightsabers, and assemble Legos. But, don’t let her “after hours” activities fool you, she’s extremely passionate about her craft. Max finds humor keeps her fresh, creative, spontaneous and from taking herself too seriously.
